Book Summary:

The protagonist Mo Li is a legendary doctor with unparalleled skills. He has a secret: in fact, he’s actually a fish sprite that has attained human form. Wishing to find similar companions, he has travelled all over the world in search for them – but, besides him, other fairy folk simply do not exist! Though he did not manage to find any comrades, however he often got unjustly implicated in the troublesome affairs of others.

“Such a rare treasure was actually discovered by one of your village’s people. Then, in order to prevent this piece of news from leaking, all of you can die.” Mo Li who was just staying for the night: ……

“To achieve great things, one must not confine himself to any trivialities. It’s better to wrongfully kill a thousand than to leave a single person alive. Set it on fire!” Mo Li who was resting in the guesthouse: ……

“If my beloved concubine isn’t cured, then all of you will be buried alongside her!” Mo Li who had just arrived at the capital and inexplicably gotten dragged to the palace: ……

“Ha ha ha, so all of you are making a joke out of me. Spit it out! Are you looking down on me? Who do you think you are? Just given your tiny status, and yet you still dare to show contempt for me?” Mo Li, who was just innocently passing by but ended up with a knife pointed at his nose: ……

The protagonist: (╯‵□′)╯︵┻━┻ Hmph, do all of you need a fish to teach you how to behave like a proper human being?!
